Logistics

Biology is only as reliable as the way it reaches you.

1CELL coordinates specialized transport and preservation for advanced regenerative products, from release to clinical delivery.

Product-specific preservation

There is no single right temperature.

Storage and transport conditions depend on the biological product. We set them from the source laboratory's specification for each lot — rather than applying one rule to everything.

REFRIGERATED

Controlled refrigeration

For products specified for refrigerated storage — for example 2–8 °C — in qualified, monitored packaging.

FROZEN

Frozen storage

For preparations specified for frozen storage, with packaging and route timing to match.

CRYOGENIC

Cryogenic conditions

For cryopreserved cell products, held at cryogenic temperatures using liquid-nitrogen-based systems.

Cryopreservation

Cryogenic, only when the product calls for it.

For biological products requiring cryogenic conditions, 1CELL coordinates cryopreservation and nitrogen-based transport solutions.

  • Cryopreservation requirements confirmed with the source laboratory
  • Nitrogen-based cryogenic dry shippers, when applicable
  • Temperature monitoring throughout transit
  • Receiving and handling instructions coordinated with the clinic

Cold chain

Temperature-controlled, end to end.

For products that travel refrigerated or frozen, the cold chain is planned around the product, the route and the timing.

  • Qualified packaging matched to the product and route
  • Temperature monitoring during transit
  • Route planning for time-sensitive shipments
  • Temperature record reviewed on arrival
Chain of custody

Every handoff, on record.

A lot is traceable from its source to receipt at the clinic. Each stage is linked to the next.

  1. 01

    Source

Product origin and lot identity confirmed.

  2. 02

    Batch

    Lot released against its specification.

  3. 03

    Documentation

COA and records matched to the lot.

  4. 04

Packed and sealed for the required conditions.

  5. 05

    Transport

    Moved under monitored conditions.

  6. 06

International coordination

Across borders, to the same standard.

We coordinate delivery across the United States, Mexico and supported Latin American markets. Availability depends on the product, the destination and local regulation.

  • Routes and timing planned around the product's conditions
  • Shipping documentation coordinated for each destination
  • United States · Mexico · Latin America
  • Subject to each country's import regulations
Clinic handoff

Delivery ends at the clinic — not at the door.
