What's the difference between open products and gated cellular therapies?
Open products (peptides, nutraceuticals, cosmetics) can be purchased directly. Cellular therapies (stem cells, exosomes, NK, Muse) are reserved for verified healthcare professionals and always include medical accompaniment and a written protocol.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and how do I request one?
The COA documents viability, cell count, purity and sterility testing for each lot. It's delivered automatically with every shipment and is also downloadable from an approved professional account.
How do I open a professional account and how long does approval take?
Request an account in the Professional access section with your license, specialty and practice. Our team manually verifies the information within 24 business hours. On approval you unlock institutional pricing, full technical sheets and COA downloads.
What does medical accompaniment include for cellular therapies?
Every cellular therapy includes a PDF clinical protocol, an onboarding call with our medical team, support during application, and follow-up.
How does shipping work and how long does it take?
We ship via priority routes in 24–48h within the US, Mexico and major LATAM cities. Every shipment uses validated cold-chain packaging and arrives with tracking, a tamper-evident seal and a full temperature log.
How is the cold chain guaranteed?
Each package ships in a qualified thermal container with gel packs and phase-change material. An in-package data logger records temperature every minute and is handed over with the product for clinical traceability.
Do you accept returns?
Because these are temperature-sensitive products, we do not accept returns once the tamper-evident seal is broken. If you detect a logistics incident or the data logger shows a deviation, contact us within 24h and we'll replace the product at no cost.
Are peptides sold for open use?
Peptides are sold for research and lifestyle purposes. Their use is the responsibility of each individual or professional. We provide 24/7 informational support, but this is not a medical indication and does not replace professional consultation.
How should I store peptides once they arrive?
Keep vials refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Reconstitution and storage instructions specific to each peptide are included with the shipment protocol — follow them exactly to preserve potency.
How do payments and invoicing work?
We accept wire transfer and credit card, and — for institutional accounts — net-15 credit after verification. We issue tax invoices (CFDI 4.0 for Mexico, standard invoices elsewhere) using the details registered in your professional account.
Are these products FDA-approved?

How is tissue sourced?
All source tissue is obtained with informed donor consent through accredited, audited suppliers, with full chain-of-origin documentation retained for every lot.
How do I report an adverse event or quality issue?
Contact our medical team immediately at contacto@1cellhealth.com with the lot number from your Certificate of Analysis. Quality events are investigated and, where relevant, reported per applicable regulation.
