Terms of Service

Terms of use.

Rules governing use of the site and our commercial services.

Updated: January 2026

1. Acceptance

By using 1cellhealth.com or requesting a professional account you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its services.

2. Professional account

Access to institutional pricing and cellular-therapy purchases requires an approved professional account. Approval is manual and subject to verification of license, specialty and practice. 1CELL may revoke access if the information is inaccurate.

3. Products and use

Cellular therapies (stem cells, exosomes, NK, Muse, lyophilized placenta) are reserved for licensed healthcare professionals. Peptides are sold for research and lifestyle purposes at the user's responsibility. Nutraceuticals and cosmetics are sold openly.

4. No therapeutic warranty

1CELL supplies regenerative products; it does not diagnose or prescribe. Indication, application and clinical follow-up are the exclusive responsibility of the healthcare professional or end user.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices may be updated without prior notice. We confirm price and availability when processing your order. Institutional orders require a purchase order or payment confirmation.

6. Shipping and cold chain

See the Logistics section. On delivery, the recipient is responsible for checking the tamper-evident seal and the data-logger record before opening the container.

7. Returns

Returns of temperature-sensitive products are not accepted once the seal is broken. In documented logistics incidents (data logger out of range or compromised packaging), we replace the product at no cost if you notify us within 24h of delivery.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the 1CELL and 1CELL HEALTH marks, the technical sheets and all content are owned by 1CELL or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1CELL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences arising from the clinical or personal use of the products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
