1CELL Health ("1CELL", "we") controls the processing of your personal data when you access this site, request a professional account or place an order. Contact: contacto@1cellhealth.com.

2. Data we collect

Identification and contact data (name, email, phone, country), professional data (license, specialty, practice), billing data when applicable, and technical browsing data (cookies). We do not collect patient-sensitive data.

3. Purposes

Verifying your professional profile, processing orders, coordinating cold-chain logistics, invoicing, providing scientific and logistical support, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing

We may share your data with our scientific allies (Apheresis Tech, Regene), logistics operators, payment processors and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You may access, rectify, delete or oppose the processing of your data, and restrict its use or withdraw consent. Send your request to contacto@1cellhealth.com; we reply within 20 business days.

6. Retention

We retain your data while a commercial relationship exists and for up to 5 years afterwards to comply with tax and sanitary obligations.

7. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, role-based access controls, backups and periodic reviews.

8. Changes

Any material change to this notice will be published on this same page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
